-Be focal point of contact to Regional & Global digital counterparts to drive Chanel’s brand value in digital means
-Provide local insight and manage the execution of global digital projects.
-Be responsible for such activities - requirement gathering, define customer journeys, coordination with agency and consultant, development assistance for local customization, end-user-testing coordination, and technical performance management.
-Collaborate with the business team to ensure business requirements are aligned and the end-results match the requirements.
-Coordinate the change management for the initiative amongst local IT (for systems) and business (for processes) in order to deliver the Omni channel experience for customer.
-Liaise with Global IPT team & Regional core teams (Enterprise Architecture, Customer, BI/Analytics) to define strategy and drive implementation with change management in collaboration with the core teams
-Drive E-service strategy working with 3 divisions (in-country) together with the regional team
-Support the day to day operation on technical aspect of Chanel.com working with the core teams, with anticipated tasks such as eCommerce site performance management, business change request management, 3rd party service management
-Explore and understand new innovations in the market which could bring value to Chanel business.
-Be the strong advocate in Korea to promote new IT innovation to Global as well as to local stakeholder.
-Responsible running the POC (Proof of Concept) and share the scale up feasibility to relevant stakeholders
-Be country’s focal point of contact for Regional Innovation Community
Budgetary and Performance
-Make recommendations for service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion to a timely manner
-Manage and monitor market innovation budget as required
-Responsible on budgetary forecast for in country
-Undergraduate Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
-PMP or Prince 2 certified
-Agile Scrum Master/Design thinking expert
-At least 5+ years hands on experience in Retail systems with successful implementation references
-Experience in an international context and culture
-Working as a consultant for a recognized firm is a plus
-Strong innovation mindset and capacity to drive new ideas
-Ability to challenge the status quo with constructive approach

-Possesses strong financial/business acumen and ability to directly correlate project tasks, associated estimates, actuals and overall project budget forecasting and maintenance
-Fluency in both Korean and English
