<Role & Responsibility> • Product Engineer has responsible for all portfolio from developing new product to EOL for the product. • Product Engineer deliver new product to market on time with the expected product and should focus on new products execution, design for manufacturability, development cycle time, new product performance & cost, and production • Product Engineer has responsible for production issues of existing product and customer returns/issues and production readiness/capabilities are always top priorities to keep current customer base happy. • Product Engineer needs to focus on yield improvement, scrap reduction and cost reduction between up and down markets. • Product Engineer continually looking for better ways to do what we do regarding to documentation maintenance, product change/transfers and process improvements. • Product Engineer should interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve problems. <Qualification & Requirement>
'• BS or MS in Electric/Electronic engineering or similar engineering
• 3~5 years of direct product engineering or related experience
• Strong English communicating skill (speaking/listening/writing)
• Knowledge of device physics
• Comprehension of electric circuit
• Basic knowledge of test and programming
• Strong statistical analysis capabilities
• Understanding of semiconductor device failure mode and mechanism or experience of FA
• Ability to solve problems through data analysis and experimentation
• Excellent skill of data handling using office tool. (Excel, PPT, JMP, etc.
• Ability to identify, collect, analyze and present data statically
• Strong self-motivated, initiative and integration and mindset based on business
• Experience in program/project management
