*  Account Manager (Senior Level) *
A.      Job Description
i.      Manage accounts and exploits business opportunities to achieve sales targets for major market segment
ii.      Maintains a high level of sales achievement for major market segment
iii.      Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will drive high client satisfaction and generate business opportunities
iv.      Win new competitive accounts
v.      Build and maintain an Account Plan that is circulated and reviewed by key executives and teams.
vi.      Develops and implements sales strategies for this segment
vii.      Establish and maintain good relationship with key decision-makers within the Manufacturing Sectors
viii.      Conducts sales presentation, prepares sales proposals and negotiates with clients’ key executives to win significant sales orders
ix.      Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets
x.      Coordinate with marketing to identify marketing plans and strategies
xi.      Maintain good business relationship with key client decision-makers
xii.      Collaborate with customer services to resolve customer dissatisfaction

B.      Requirements
i.      Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related fields are preferred
ii.      Minimum 3-5yrs of sales experience
iii.      Networking/Microsoft/Security/Storage concept a must
iv.      Experience in sales of services like Microsoft, Storage, Security, network management a bonus
v.      High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
vi.      Highly effective communicator with good business presentation skills
vii.      Strong achievement oriented and results driven individual
viii.      Able to work effectively within and across teams.
