I. Account Manager (Senior Level)
a. Job Description -Manage accounts and exploits business opportunities to achieve sales targets for major market segment
-Maintains a high level of sales achievement for major market segment
-Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will drive high client satisfaction and generate business opportunities -Win new competitive accounts
-Build and maintain an Account Plan that is circulated and reviewed by key executives and teams. -Develops and implements sales strategies for this segment
-Establish and maintain good relationship with key decision-makers within the Manufacturing Sectors
-Conducts sales presentation, prepares sales proposals and negotiates with clients’ key executives to win significant sales orders
-Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets -Coordinate with marketing to identify marketing plans and strategies
-Maintain good business relationship with key client decision-makers
-Collaborate with customer services to resolve customer dissatisfaction
b. Requirements
-Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related fields are preferred
-Minimum 3-5yrs of sales experience
-Networking/Microsoft/Security/Storage concept a must -Experience in sales of services like Microsoft, Storage, Security, network management a bonus
-High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented -Highly effective communicator with good business presentation skills -Strong achievement oriented and results driven individual
-Able to work effectively within and across teams. -Good written and verbal English skills
