담당업무

- Managing IT operation & project for the in scope HR Direct solutions:
Recruting, Payroll, Electornic approval system and Workday
- Global Service Desk Management Support: Data Reporting/Analysis/Change Management/Communicate with Global Team
- Process modelling and improvements: Plan and implement processes to ensure the smooth running of the office and the workflow within it.

must
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 5-7-years’ experience in IT industry or equivalent
- A mininum of 3 years experience of HR system consulting/development/operations
- Good spoken and written English skills / Team player
- Flexibility and willingness to take positively additional responsibilities within unpredictable business environment

if
- HR area development and/or maintenance experience (Plus) : JAVA, JSP, C#.net, ASP.NET, Windows Svr IIS
- Knowledge or experience in AWS(or other cloud infra), CISCO Meraki (or any N/W)
- Working experience in globalized IT service structure under ITIL/ITSM concept
