Job Description Summary

- By replacing harmful chemicals like bisphenol A,
- By creating new performance materials based on specialty molecules like isosorbide, delivering improved attributes valued in end-user segments such as automotive, packaging, electronics and other high-tech applications.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in chemical engineering or in business
- Minimum 5 years’ of commercial related experience, 3 of which in marketing
- Strong knowledge in the field of specialty polymers (thermoplastics, thermosets and coatings) and their applications
- Strong influence management, motivation, and engagement of indirect team members
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Proven track record of establishing and following through on strategies and programs
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams, including strong business writing skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills; pro-active and creative problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in English
