- Effectively implementing the global compliance standard and carrying through the global standard to the local organization through strategic planning and effective communication, training and monitoring of policies, controls and initiatives across functions and throughout the region

• Coordinating risk assessment, identification and management activities to ensure an integrated approach to identifying and managing risk, performing prospective systemic reviews of applicable processes, protocols, and practices and/or retrospective reviews of actual practices, and facilitating the completion of risk maps for significant risks in coordination with global and regional monitoring activities

• Planning and implementation of adequate monitoring and control system to secure a high level of compliance with the entire organization in coordination with global and regional monitoring activities

• The management of processes to collect and appropriately report compliance violations and potential violations in a timely fashion, including effective implementation and management of compliance hotlines and helplines

• - Provide consultation on sales and marketing activities based on internal policy, procedure and external regulation
   
  지원자격
  컴플라이언스 또는 내부감사(리스크 모니터링, 조사 등 관련 부서 포함) 최소 5년 이상 경력
  국내 제약과 관련된 법 규정 이해
  리스크 시스템 지식 및 교육 경력자 선호
  경영, Finance, 법학 전공 선호

        직급: 대리~과장급
         연봉: 협의

• More than 5 years of compliance or internal audit and/or Compliance related functions including in monitoring and investigation field

• Comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory environment

• Knowledge of control and risk systems, experience in Training and - Communication would also be an advantage

• Business Administration, Finance or Law related majors are preferred
