Responsibilities
1. Implement the “fine manufacturing” corporate culture, and responsible for company's production management, technology, quality, equipment operation, site management, safety, personnel management and other coordination work, timely tracking the deployment, implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the work
2. According to company's strategic planning, decompose business objectives, track the achievement of business objectives, provide analysis opinions and improvement measures;
3. Assist the general manager to handle the daily management of the company, ensure the smooth operation of the system, and deal with various problems and risks in production;
4. Responsible for the company's cost reduction and throttling work and assessment matters;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors in a timely manner.
 
Qualifications:
1. Has more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing wire and cable industry;
2, with strong organization, communication, coordination, judgment, execution, skilled operation of office software;
3, work with principles, strong sense of responsibility, good at analytical thinking, and courage to innovate.
