•More than 5 years of experience in the development of high-energy lithium-ion batteries in industry-leading companies (experienced in silicon anode application);
•More than 10 years of experience in battery material development in leading companies, universities or research institutes;
•Master the relationship between "electrochemical and safety performance of battery cell" and "its design and materials", experienced in cell design mass production;
•Fluent in English, prefer with experience in technical support with foreign clients;
•Has more than 5 years of domestic and foreign first-class enterprises R & D experience in lithium-ion power batteries (such as AESC, SDI, LG, Panasonic, CATL, A123, etc.); prefer with experience in pouch cell power battery development;
